About me i will only say '' Sum people dnt understand d way i m ,,, sum r hurt by d way i talk ,,,sum say i hav attitude...!!! while sum disagree !!!!bt i just say dat " i only hav a personality which everybody can't afford ......ndt wat can i do if dat's d real me....!!!.

I hate Biharies , they are spoiling Indian aviation

believe me or not but only Biharies destroyed this feild........ They were ready to work for very less even unpaid. because i saw if any bihari working in any airline underpaid or unpaid they will get handsome amount of dowry . after marriage they will leave the feild ( many of them ) & start business with dowry. Its tradition now
Thats why for my point of view only Biharies destroyed this feild.....
Just because of them we are getting very less salary or some of us are unpaid.....

Acc. to my view you can not comment on one particular community, just on the basis that u came accross one or two cases like that. Now were days as per market and competition its challenging to get job in right field, so everyone will prefer first to get selected rather then just caring for salary. On the basis of knowledge and experience and ones on calliber thier is hike in salary. And if you feel just because of dowry this happening then I feel u know very less about India, just tell me place were i India there is no dowry system. Hope even in your marriage your father will sepnd a lot just because of tradition.............. think twice before commenting and be very practical. First we have to change over selfs then only we can change Indian system...............

There are many ways to express the words without hurting any community... would U mind if asked to remove Biharies... from the profile... well I guess U r n Oriya....
Good everything... But pls dont blame a community just for handfuls... Heavy Items doesnt float Ms rekha, So pls dont judge a sea by seeing the fishing boats... Look deep into to find the giants...
